I know that I have alreally done updates about my vitamin d deficiency. But, I just cant get over how excellent I am feeing and how quick I am able t lose wieght as well. its pretty cool. If you have a feeling that something is medically incorrect with you, dont give up. Keep looking. I went to about twenty doctors before I was able to figure my blood levels out. I just want to thank him. I am not going to place his name on here because of privacy reasons. But, I just want to say thanx once again

Excellent tip, don’t overdo it though. For most people their weight * 75 IU is optimal. For a grown up human that usually puts you in the 5000 IU ballpark.

You have to eat healthier..fruit and veggies are better..but it is right..I take vitamin D3 and feel so much better! There were days that I couldn’t get out of bed! And energy..yea..very right! 100% better. BUT, it has to be D3..the D is not doing anything for me! Excellent luck!
