Is it normal for someone’s eyes to change colour?

My friend’s eyes change colour on an nearly daily basis – they range from green to grey to blue, sometimes with mixes of two colours in each eye. It occurs independently of ambient light level (i.e. in a day they’re the same colour under different lights). Is this as abnormal as it seems?
If it makes a difference, he wears glasses, but again they don’t seem to affect his apparent eye colour.

My eyes are exactly the same, I reckon it depends on what kind of light is reflecting off of them, and I also find that the color shirt I m wearing seems to make a difference too.
It is not normal. But I don’t reckon there is something incorrect about them anyway. If he didn’t get any side effects at all till now, he is fine. I would say that you have a very unique friend! My mothers eyes are just the same. They are a mix of a small brown and light green and they can change to brown and light blue.
There is nothing that isn’t normal about it. It is more uncommon, but very normal.
Many many people have eyes like that.
